Young Professionals Program
Global Center YPs with Former Secretary of State, Madeline Albright
YP Mission Statement
To further educate and prepare yourself as a professional through attending networking events and professional development programs, as well as to convey your knowledge and experiences to today’s youth through educational outreach programs and fundraising, which help support Global Center programming.
Our Young Professionals Program (YPP) brings together globally focused and like-minded
individuals to promote a greater awareness and appreciation of
international issues and their relevance to our community.
They are hip, fun, trendy and interested in international affairs. The Global Center provides venues for International Happy Hours, International Dinner Series Events, Educational Outreach Programs, Professional Development Speakers and more- all geared to recruiting and retaining a young workforce that has "international on the brain" and preparing the youth around Cincinnati to do the same.
Who Qualifies as a YP?
YP member is a Global Center member who is in their 20's through 40's and has chosen to
be a part of the YP Program. S/he is a member of the Council either individually or
because his/her corporation/firm/organization is already a member. While most of our programs are open to non-members for a fee, members either receive discounts or attend free of charge.
To join our Young Professionals Program, email us at: info@globalcincinnati.org and we will send you information on upcoming YP events. If you are interested in taking an active committee role in the organization, please contact Emily Wullenweber directly at 513.322.7153, ewullenweber@globalcincinnati.org.
